Shipments and returns

Free delivery for orders over €100 delivered in France, otherwise €8.50.

Delivery charges are free for all orders of 200€ or more for international delivery.

Our delivery charge for Europe is €18 for orders under €200. 

Our shipping costs for the rest of the world are 32,50€ for any order under 200€.

Deliveries are made by Coliposte or DHL. The site can offer you the cheapest shipping costs but you can in any case choose the delivery method that suits you best.

Delivery times can vary from 48H for deliveries in France to one week for international deliveries from the moment the order is shipped. Orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days once they have been confirmed. (Working days).

When the order has several products with different preparation times, the delivery time is based on the longest preparation time. In this case, the Site reserves the right to split the delivery and the delivery charges are only charged for one delivery.

S U Z A N N E Ceremony will inform you of the progress of your order by e-mail.

Special attention is paid to fragile objects. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

S U Z A N N E Ceremony undertakes to exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt, any product (except custom-made products) which does not meet with your complete satisfaction, provided that the product is in perfect condition, has not been worn and is in its entirety (boxes, protections, labels, etc.) and in its original packaging.etc) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the "RETURN VOUCHER" that the Site will have sent you at the time of your complaint for all orders delivered in France and returned from France. For exchanges from abroad, the "RETURN VOUCHERS"are not prepaid, but will be reimbursed under proof for all orders less than €200.

Attention : Shipping charges for returns of international items referring to our free shipping policy for orders greater than €200 are not reimbursed unless your items are defective or your order has been Cancelled under the regulation on distance selling.

The exchange procedure requires first to reimburse the amount paid by the customer by crediting the bank card which will have served as a means of payment for the previous purchase so that the new transaction can be made.

The new order will then be possible within the limit of the stocks available for the products ordered or other.

If, however, the customer wishes an exchange due to a defect in conformity, the replacement product, within the limits of the available stocks, will be sent to the customer without additional transport costs.  

For returns from Internationally, any additional taxes and customs fees that the customer may have paid upon receipt of the order are not refunded.
