You can also make your purchases from the Sort button which includes all the hair accessories and other accessories listed in alphabetical order, by date of placing online, by frequency of purchase etc...

When you want to purchase an item, select your color if your product is available in multiple colors, and then click the Add to Cart button.

Check the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the cart link at the top right of the page.

Click on pay to place your order.

 If you live in Perpignan, you can enjoy a delivery the same day.

Place your order before 10 a.m. for same day delivery between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (7 days a week) or before 2 p.m. for next day delivery (Monday to Friday).

  • Can I make an appointment for a fitting?

If you live in Perpignan or the Languedoc-Roussillon region, it's possible to make an appointment in our showroom or at your home to try on our hair accessories. If you have a hair consultant for your D-Day, it's also possible to arrange an appointment with her. Please write to us at [email protected] to organize our meeting.

If you're at a distance but still want to try on one or more pieces of head jewelry, it's possible! Simply write to us at [email protected] to make your request, specifying the date of your event, your budget, your hairstyle inspiration, the details of your dress, your wishes...

  • How does the remote fitting work?

. We prepare a selection of accessories with love that we send you to the address of your choice.

. A pro-forma invoice is then set up and sent to you.

. If our selection suits you, the coins are shipped against a bail cheque or payment from you that is equal to the pro-forma invoice. You have 5 days from the reception of the selection to make your fittings and we return the selection.

. Once the selection has been received and after checking the correct status of the accessories your deposit is returned to you or your payment is reimbursed to you in its entirety.

. If you have had the heart for a piece and want to keep it, the value of the part will be deducted from the amount reimbursed by S U Z A N N E Ceremony. In the case of a bail cheque, S U Z A N N E Ceremony will ask you to pay the voucher before you return your bail.

  • is the fitting session paying?

Fittings, whether remote or not, are charged €30. If however you have a heart for one of our parts, these €30 will be deducted from the final purchase price of the selected hair accessory.

  • Insurance of your Parcel

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage once shipped from our showroom. Once the parcel is delivered to the address indicated, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive in perfect condition and safely, we require proof of delivery for orders greater than €200.

  • Taxes and customs charges 

Our prices are displayed in € TTC. Any additional taxes or customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

  •  Multi-Address deliveries

We can only make delivery at one address per order. If you want to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest you place an order by address.

  • Changing an order already passed

Before preparing your purchases for delivery, we can cancel an item, change the color, or change your billing and delivery details.

On the other hand, we are not able to group orders or add items to an existing order once it has been passed.

  •  Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your order.

  •  Returns and exchanges

Making a return or exchange is very simple. You have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. We strongly recommend that you notify us within two working days of receiving your order if you choose to return them. Just make sure you request a return by writing to us at [email protected]

  • Refund 

The refund will be credited on the card used for the order.

Shipping costs for international items that refer to our free shipping policy for orders greater than €200 are not reimbursed unless your items are defective or your order has been cancelled under the Distance selling regulations.

Outside the European Union, sales and customs taxes are not reimbursable. You may be able to recover those costs by contacting the Customs office directly.

Be aware that your bank can put up to 10 working days to make a refund on your card.

  • Does S U Z A N N E Ceremony organize seasonal sales?

The collections of hair accessories and other head jewellery do not have the same pace as the ready-to-wear collections, so we do not follow the calendar of seasonal balances.
