Wedding dresses, why?
Serendipity is life, chance, mistakes, successes, which led me to create dresses.
My brother's wedding 18 years ago where I help organize, I continue to be a wedding planner for my cousins without knowing it's a profession.
I'm taking a break from fashion design school.
Friends call me back to start a wedding planning company four years later... They're leaving the ship, I'm staying.
I accompany my clients as a "personal shopper" to help them find their dress. They can't find what they want and ask me to create their dress!
I stopped planning weddings four years ago. And here I am 10 years later and I'm so happy with my job!
Happiness! When we have decided that life should be beautiful and not regret anything: we do everything for it! Creating wedding dresses and making women happy... What could be better?
My clients! The way they look at their bodies, their vision of their marriage, their personality are without a doubt what challenges me the most to create and reinvent my company.
Benevolence, exigency, passion.
Benevolence is very important to me:
- I take care of my clients as I would like to be taken care of. This includes appointments and responsibility for our communication - getting the right messages out about the shootings, the site, the newspaper and social networks.
- As far as my team is concerned, Maison Céline de Monicault would not be here if each person on my team had not put his or her stone to its building. I'm not moving forward alone. It's important to take care of my whole team.
- Towards oneself, no longer sacrificing oneself at work, thinking about oneself often but if it is often difficult and putting family first.
The requirement. Because if you're not, you don't get what you want and distract you from your goals.
Passion. The day I wake up with no more passion for my job is the day I have to change. What happened with the wedding planning.
To be an entrepreneur is above all to be passionate about what you do to do it well, and to do it with extra soul.
Black! I love black, I always draw with black pencil, black is elegance.
This makes it possible to better manage the famous entrepreneur/mother combo, which is moreover single.
