Naetur, why food supplements?

 

 Because I consume it on a personal basis and I couldn't necessarily find a brand that met all my criteria: plant-based, organic, vegan, "clean" in the composition, with French manufacturing and packaging that respects the planet. I am convinced that well-being starts from the inside. And that everything that comes from nature can meet our needs. 

And then for the past few years with my husband, we have changed our eating habits quite a bit: we eat at home gluten-free and lactose-free, organic, preferably in season. Being consistent in my professional life seemed a logical next step. After more than 10 years in real estate communications, I chose another, more sustainable path. 

What is your leitmotif?

"A life without beauty is but a heavy burden" by Euripides. I try to savour the suspended moments, the small joys of everyday life: a walk in nature, an exhibition, a special moment with the family... It may seem naive, but it's up to us to create beauty in our everyday life and to know how to appreciate it.

As an entrepreneur mom, what is your daily inspiration? 

The other women :-) When I see around me all these women with 1000 caps and an impressive mental load, it boosts me. 

What are your 3 watchwords in managing your work?

Organization - the to-do list and reminders on my phone -, instinct and optimism.

 What color would you be in a pencil box?

 Black, "non-colour" which I am particularly fond of. The associations are hyper easy and in the end, there are plenty of blacks.

What do you think about when you're alone in your car?

Shopping to be done, appointments to be scheduled, activities not to be forgotten... The mental load is back ;-)

What is your favorite song of the 90s? 

I loved Ace of Base "All that she wants" 😁. Big Spice Girls fan too ;-)

What animal could you be?

Chatting, both independent and solitary but needing contact and interaction. 

What was the last gift you gave someone?

From ThreeSevenParis tableware, a brand I love, to my sister-in-law and my brother for their wedding.

What would be the gift you would dream of receiving?

A vintage design armchair or a numbered and framed photograph. An object that lasts, that accompanies and that my children can keep later.

What's the funniest thing that's happened to you in the last few days?

Ohlala, nothing comes to mind ;-) 

What accessory would you suggest to the Woman Suzanne?

A purse. I particularly like small bags to carry on the shoulder, so you have your hands free, very practical with kids. Those from APC are top: sober, nice cut and irreproachable quality.

Do you have a hair care ritual?

I love the products Christopher Robin that I use every day, especially their rose water mist, ideal for giving volume to my fine hair.
